For each session, I will send you a private link. Once you click on it, we will meet virtually in a confidential video chat “room” and have therapy, just like we would in person. If you prefer to use audio-only, we can do that as well.

Hybrid therapy helps meet your demands.
Many of my clients juggle competing demands every week. One week they can meet in person, but the next week, they are home with their kids or in the office working on a new project.
Hybrid therapy gives you the flexibility to meet where and when you can.
Don’t let an unpredictable schedule keep you from putting all your pieces together. With Hybrid therapy, we will figure out next week’s modality (i.e., in-person or telehealth) on a rolling basis. This flexibility means that if something pops up – we can quickly pivot.

Of course, sometimes life happens. Suppose you need to cancel or reschedule – no problem. Healthy Mind Psychology’s 48-hour cancellation policy lets you reschedule easily via phone or web any time 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If all you need is a change in modality (e.g., in-person to video), we can change the day of your session without issue.
